Officially, Moscow remains silent. But State Duma deputy Viktor Sobolev didn't mince words: Russia will not agree to the 30-day truce proposed by the U.S., as it would give Ukraine time to regroup and rearm. It's a fair point—Western weapons from the EU and Britain continue to flow in at an increasing pace.
