Kremlin Orders Propagandists: Declare Victory by Tomorrow
Let’s Wreck Their Victory Lap
The Kremlin has instructed Russian propagandists to proclaim a so-called “victory” in the war against Ukraine by February 24, 2025—the third anniversary of the full-scale invasion.
It reads like a laundry list, with many items clearly aligning with the rhetoric used by some MAGA propagandists in the United States—particularly figures like Mr. Greed, who regularly amplify these narratives. This only highlights the extent to which Kremlin talking points have infiltrated the U.S. through these individuals.
Ukraine’s intelligence agency preempted Russia’s plan with a detailed statement.
‼️ Russian propagandists have been instructed to promote “victorious” narratives to the anniversary of the invasion
📣 The propaganda army and special services of the aggressor state Russia, on instructions from the Kremlin, are intensifying efforts to incite distrust among Ukrainian society, destabilize the situation within our state, and discredit Ukraine among partner states that provide critically important military assistance to our Security and Defense Forces in the fight against the occupiers.
✔️ Among the key narratives of hostile information attacks are “The West has betrayed Ukraine”, “The opinion of Europeans and Ukrainians does not concern either Moscow or Washington”, “The US and Russia agreed on everything behind Ukraine’s back”, “The Ukrainian government is illegitimate”, “The Ukrainian army is losing at the front”, “Corrupt people are stealing billions of dollars of American aid from Ukraine”.
☝️ In addition, Russia is preparing to announce a supposed “victory” in the war against Ukraine by the “round date” of February 24, 2025, the third anniversary of the start of the full-scale war. Moreover, the aforementioned plans may also include talk of “Russia’s victory over NATO,” since Moscow’s propaganda has long described the war against Ukraine as a war with the Alliance.
❗️ The Kremlin leaders have instructed the special services of the aggressor state, Russia, to make the most of the new American administration’s increased diplomatic efforts to end the Russian-Ukrainian war and the bilateral meeting of the US and Russian delegations in Saudi Arabia on February 18, 2025, in subversive information and psychological campaigns.
⚡️ One of the key goals of the new Kremlin propaganda methods for Russia is to cover the status of an aggressor and war criminal isolated from the civilized world with a cloak-coat, supposedly ready for a peaceful settlement of the “constructive side of the conflict”.
▪️ In this part of the work, Russian special services attack, in particular, Ukraine’s partners in Europe, who do not refuse, but on the contrary, increase support for our state. For such European governments, the Kremlin applies the stamp of “enemies of peace”.
⚔️ Let’s hold the line! Let’s continue the fight!
🇺🇦 Glory to Ukraine!
Almost every single talking point they have developed in this plan can be directly laid at the feet of the clueless Donald Trump administration.
This is typical Kremlin strategy. They’ve been handed an unexpected gift by the Trump administration, and now they’re trying to maximize its impact. But the real challenge for us is to derail their plan to declare victory over NATO tomorrow.
The right wing approach is always relentless: they flood the information space with the same talking points, echoed by countless voices and repackaged in various ways. The goal is sheer saturation—overwhelming the public with repetition until these narratives take root.
What makes the Kremlin’s "flood the zone" strategy so effective is its initial impact—the launch point. They aim to saturate the information space with a deliberate shock-and-awe effect. The more startling the message, the more the "awe" factor takes hold, making it difficult to disengage or critically assess the narrative.
If we can strip away the shock factor, we can blunt their impact. In some cases, exposing the strategy early forces them to abandon it altogether. So, if you hear any MAGA propagandists pushing the narrative that "Russia has already won," don’t just roll your eyes—call it out.
Expose it. Challenge it. Mock it. Because the moment their script is recognized for what it is—a Kremlin-fed delusion—it loses its power. If they declare victory, I will not let it stand. Instead, I will throw this back in their faces:
Oh, Russia won? Funny, I thought real victories didn’t need to be staged by propagandists.
I never thought I’d align and cheer with Bernie. I am now.
I was in the military for 16 years and (luckily) never had to fight. I am fighting now.
My weapons are a keyboard and my feet.
I will be in Washington, DC on Wednesday with a sign.
Trump = Putin
Zelensky > Trump
Trump + Musk = Crisis
Thank you for presenting this so carefully and clearly. Great point at the end, we will use that!
